Hello, friend
My name is Mirna Brousseau
I'm the owner and lead designer at Brousseau Events. My entire life I've been drawn to beautiful spaces and seeking a creative purpose. I found the art of floral design and the vision required for event design, to be the perfect marriage of my skills and creativity. I'm a native of Charlottesville, where I still find inspiration from the beauty of the Blue Ridge and surrounding area.
In 2014, I created Brousseau Events to help couples across the region with their event planning needs. In just a few short years, we have helped hundreds of couples celebrate with their family and friends. Our love for design and florals quickly grew, and in 2016 floral design services were added to our repertoire.
We service Central Virginia and beyond and offer design work for weddings, corporate and private events, editorial and styled shoots.
When I'm not designing, you can catch me listening to a podcast with Americano in hand, on a daily run attempting to find my balance, or spending time with my family in our beautiful city of Richmond, Virginia. I am passionate about creating a life I love and surrounding myself with inspiring women, and as a member of the Rebelle Con team, I get the privilege of helping women do just that.

Investment
We care deeply about our clients and work hard to ensure we are a good fit. Our process starts with a conversation about your event needs, vision and budget.
We welcome you to bring pictures and any other sources of design inspiration to help us get to know your event. From there, Mirna will create a mood board for your design. The mood board will consist of a color palette, inspirational images and a few of the flower types planned for your arrangements.
Each event is artfully designed and uniquely crafted to reflect timeless, elegant, and garden-inspired designs. Mirna and her designers are entrusted to create recipes for each arrangement and select the flower types that best achieve the design. Flower types are discussed in consultation but cannot be guaranteed as they vary by the season. Designers will use their professional discretion to select appropriate substitute flowers to achieve the overall design of your event.
If you’re not sure where to start or what you’re looking for we’ll help you get started. You will be working in direct contact with Mirna who will be there every step of the way- from conception to completion, ensuring no part of your vision and design is lost along the way.
Our full-service floral design begins at $5,000 and includes all of your wedding flowers, from the ceremony to the reception, delivery, setup, and end-of-night breakdown, as well as a site visit with you and your planner. We find that most of our clients invest $6,000-$8,000 on their wedding florals.
We offer a full range of event design services and can tailor a package that suits your individual needs and budget.
